DIY: CBD Christmas Pudding

Infuse your Christmas pudding with some CBD this festive season




  • 57g flour
  • 113g breadcrumbs
  • 113g brown sugar
  • 57g sultanas
  • 113g raisins
  • 113g currants
  • 57g candied peel
  • 28g flaked almonds
  • Rind and juice of ½ an orange or lemon
  • 1 sour apple, peeled and chopped
  • ½ tsp mixed spice
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp whiskey
  • 1-2 pipettes of SunMed Water Soluble Grape CBD Oil


  1. In a large bowl, place all of the prepared fruit, add in all of the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
  2. Beat the eggs, add the orange or lemon rind and juice, along with the whiskey to the dry ingredients and mix
  3. Leave overnight
  4. Thoroughly grease a pudding basin, and then place the pudding mixture. Cover with greased paper and then with foil.
  5. Tie it tightly with string around the edge of the bowl
  6. Steam for four hours
  7. After steaming, leave to chill. When the pudding is cold, store it in a dry place for several weeks.
  8. You can feed the pudding a tablespoon of whiskey or brandy weekly for more taste
  9. Steam for two hours before serving onto a hot dish with brandy butter
